Erbil Branch of the Kurdistan Region Importers and Exporters Association Visits the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government

Today, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, a delegation from the Erbil Branch of the Kurdistan Region Importers and Exporters Union paid an official visit to the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).The delegation was headed by (Mr. Rasoul Haji Omar ) President of the Erbil Branch, accompanied by (Mr. Sheikh Khalid Warti) Deputy Branch President, and (Mr. Haji Abdulkhaliq Zrara and Mr. Hemen Ramadan Mustafa ) members of the Branch Administrative Board.

The delegation was officially received by Mr. (Safin Mohsin Dizayee ) Head of the Department of Foreign Relations، During the meeting, discussions focused on the general situation of the commercial sector, company affairs, and the level of trade activity and commercial movement in the Kurdistan Region. The importance of developing relations and strengthening coordination among relevant institutions was also emphasized, with the aim of supporting the commercial sector and facilitating business procedures for traders and companies.

For his part, (Mr. Safin Mohsin Dizayee) praised the efforts, activities, and initiatives undertaken by the Kurdistan Region Importers and Exporters Union , commending its role and contributions to advancing the economic and commercial sectors of the Kurdistan Region.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining continued coordination and strengthening mutual relations in order to support commercial activities and reinforce the foundations of economic cooperation across the Kurdistan Region.
